Herzliya registers children for gan and school online each winter, with afternoon tzaharonim run by municipal operators. Families also have Herzliya Park, the Agada centre for parents and young children, and neighbourhood community groups.

For 2026-27, gan registration ran online 19 Jan-11 Feb 2026 and placements were published from 5 July; the 2027-28 dates were not out yet on 9 Oct 2026.

For 2026-27, first-grade registration ran 19 Jan-11 Feb 2026; secondary schools 10-22 Mar 2026.

Book a tzaharon
Gan tzaharonim for 2026-27 had early registration 19 Jul-9 Aug 2026; Nitzanim runs in schools for grades 1-2 until 16:30.

Meet other parents at Agada
Municipal centre for parents and babies at 33 Ben Gurion St with weekly groups, including Music with Maya in English.
