Herzliya has a municipal olim unit that works with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, whose Tel Aviv district office serves the city. NBN says most olim choose the western side of the city.

Register as a resident

Choose a health fund near you
The municipality lists Clalit, Maccabi, Meuhedet and Leumit clinics and pharmacies in the city.

Passport holders send documents to the registration department first, which then opens online registration.

I found no ulpan operating in Herzliya itself; ask the olim unit and the Ministry of Aliyah which ulpan you are assigned to.
