Retiring to Herzliya
Herzliya's "Zman Zahav" (golden age) programme gathers activities, rights and social clubs for older residents, and the free Skipper minibus was expanded for seniors in September 2026. The city also has a pensioners' college and several social clubs.

Pension recipients of retirement age get 25% (or 100% with income support) on up to 100 sq m; others may get 30% under an income test.

Clubs include HaBayit BeSirkin (6 Sirkin St) with classes, talks and trips, and "60 on the sea" at Teo.
